My wife and I visited on our Anniversary on Valentine's Day, going in around noon to avoid the crowd - we thought. Yes, it was already busy. Our server was pleasant and competent, though a bit stressed. Our cocktails were perfect (I had the Cactus Pear Margarita) but took forever to come out, in fact they didn't arrive until well after the appetizers - mine was late as well. That and the lobster tail was rubbery. The crab and shrimp were excellent. The time factor and lobster is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. I'll still go again next year, though.

Poor service. Very very disappointed. After waiting for almost 2 hours for a table. We came for Valentines Day and thought the food would be fresh since it was so busy and constantly being made.... all of our food came out lukewarm and not good at all.... they also had nothing to break the crab legs with and expected me to break it by hand... I also was brought the wrong drink 20 minutes after asking for it and sat with an empty glass for 20 minutes... if I’m going to come here and pay $100 for two people to eat I expect way more than something that was McDonald’s quality...... I’m so unbelievably disappointed. We will never be back. Next time we will just go to McDonald’s and pay $20 dollars for the same quality food we got tonight. 🤬

We went for lunch on Friday got seated really quick. But that was about it our waitress was not good at all. We waited for over an hour and we finally decided to just walk out without anything to eat. Call and spoke to the manager and told him what had happen he said he was going to find out what had happen and get back with me the next day. Well he never called back so I guess he doesn’t care that service sucks at his restaurant maybe that’s why his staff must not care to get food to the tables.
